1. All work entered must have been published in the period January-December 2004.
2. Entries must be sent to the address on the Entry Form
3. Entry forms may be photocopied.
4. Clearly mark on the envelope which category you are entering.
5. The closing date for entries is Friday 21 January 2005.
6. The shortlist will be announced on this website on Monday 7 February 2005.
7. EMAP will not be able to return any submitted entries.
8. The judges' decision is final.
9. The judges will not enter into any correspondence regarding the judging of the competition.
